Introduction
I'm sure many of you have probably wondered how to make a question to fit your very perfect needs. I have too. In fact it's great to ask questions wherever you need to! Better understanding helps you all the time.
Now I know I may seem like 'Oh wow a low level user why is this guide any good??'. I understand; it's like listening to a 5 year old tell you how to do your work. I'm telling you right now, you don't need to take my advice. In no way is this to be official for all questions or even this website. This is after all a simple guide that I personally strongly recommend you use.
How To Start Your Question
This seems easy, but, in my opinion, is the most important. To even start your Question make sure you've got a new Thread pulled up, and follow this checklist:
After you've got this start your Thread with your question. Don't go into details, just put down your initial question.
After that move on to the next section of this guide.
Adding Detail
Usually you may have current info on your situation with a question. Maybe some progress, code, screenshots, et cetera.
Post these! It really helps users who try to answer you that way they get the full story.
Also, if you think your question is vague/confusing explain it!
After you've done this you're free to post.
Responding
After a while you'll get some answers. Remember that people won't always answer perfectly or answer with what you were thinking.
If someone misunderstood you be sure to inform them! That way they can try and help you again.
Conclusion
Question, comments, feedback? Post below!
If you think I forgot something just post below and I'll be sure to add it
