Got a problem or a question? Help? Ask away and we'll help! It's not like we won't!
Yes, that sentence is going further. As far as programming is concerned.

I would like:
It that if the computer serial number is CZC3403ZPF, then it lets you create an account, let people join and to view people's IP address (as well as mods)
Moderated chat
It to show who is in the team and which part is on their WIWO (Not scratch. I mean which part they're working on)
A queue
A requirement to request an account on the host version
Remote access requests
Text to Unicode/emoticon E.G. could be Emoji E.G. _sushi_ could be
This to be done on GitHub (I did say that didn't I? xD)
A form at the start of the client app for people to enter their names, issues and email addresses or to just enter a case code
A login screen at the start of the host app
On the host app, at the end of a chat, the ability to upload the case ID and info to the server and the ability to be able to access it
For case IDs to be the case number. E.G. The first issue's case code could be 1 etc.
Every case ID to be in a folder called case codes in the documents library.
The format of the files to be like this (the stuff after the colons are examples):
Name: Daniel Jones
Email Address: someone@example.com
Issue: Office not installing properly
Transcript:
(20:03 02/04/16) Thomas: Hi there - My name is Thomas. I'll be helping you. Let me just check your issue.
(20:04 02/04/16) Thomas: Am I correct you can't install office?
(20:04 02/04/16) Daniel: Yes.
etc.
IP address: 192.168.1.254
The files for the case IDs to be called the case ID of the issue. E.G. Issue 1's file would be called 1
If someone wants to end the session, an X and a feature to press pause/break
If a censored word in a message is sent, replace it with asterisks (*)
The boxes to be creme and the borders black
This to preferably done in ruby
Two tabs on the client - One to be called info and the other to be called case ID.
If a case ID is entered, the chat from the .txt to come up automatically.
An "Unable to connect to server (500)" Error
Q&A (credit to LeoJames* ✔ for this)
Q: What is the YouTube channel called?
A: Ask away Team
Q: What model is your pi? I might be able to run two servers. - icely* ✔
A: Pi 2
Q: Is our business nearly up and running?
A: Nearly with the server.
Q: Do you think we`ll get people all around the world 24/7 requesting help and support?
A: Yeah.
Q: Should we find some online servers?
A: No.
Q: Will you still feel comfortable with the server even though it has some errors?
A: Yes. I could network boot.
Q: What's network booting?
A: It's when you plug a USB device into your router and you boot off of the flash drive. It's useful when you only have one flash drive and need to boot more than one computer off it or if your computer has EFI and you can't boot it. The only downside is that you MUST stay connected to the network while using this feature or else it would be like unplugging a hard drive while the computer's using it as the "boot drive".
Q: Did you encounter any specific error while trying to install that external hard drive thingy?
A: It said I can't install on any USB device if I have EFI. I have UEFI
Q: Does the External Hard drive carry and files or installer?
A: No. The installer's on a flash drive
Q: What type of server are you trying to install?
A: Datacenter
Q: What version of the datacenter server are you using? Are you using a Windows Server?
A: Yes
Q: Will the computer be part of a domain like a company or a personal computer that will run a Windows server?
A: The server will be, not my computer. There'll be no point. The computer's hard drive won't be running when the server's running and the computer can't be used if the server's hard drive isn't running and it's connected to the same domain the server's basically on.
Q: Is it going to be an automatic account creation system or will agents have to approve the account request?
A: The agents will.
Q: Should we block links to other unmoderated sites like Scratch does?
A: No. We're a support site that handles anything
Q: What specific behaviour will require an instant ban?
A: Like Scratch's
Q: Should we follow the same policy as Scratch for censored words? If you try to post a comment with censored words more than 3 times, you get muted for the day?
A: Then it would end the chat basically.
Q: What will happen if there is an attempt to share an address or email address?
A: They get an alert. The only time they can and should share it is at the start.
Q: Will we have emails stored on the server for us to automatically send the emails or will we do them manually?
A: We do them manually
Q: What type of things will require Remote assistance?
A: Questions, problems and basic help.
Q: What will the button be that our customers can press when they want to instantly stop/pause the remote session?
A: Like an X or the pause/break key
Q: We don`t have any updates on our Remote App yet, do we?
A: I push them every time I answer a question
Q: Why aren't there discussions?
A: We tend to keep them secret. It's actually a hangout where we discuss loads of things and stuff.

Q: What type of behaviour requires a straight ban?
A: Not following the rules behaviour.
Q: What do we do if we see a really helpful person in the forums?
A: We probably do nothing. Possibly thank them? We may secretly promote them to a bureaucrat. When they notice, they'll hopefully apply to be an AAT member.
Note to self: If available, the domain for the server will be server.askaway.com
